The class was very chill, just what I needed. Great vibe. What a unique spot, it’s like someone turned their house into an entire yoga and wellness property. Clean facilities, helpful staff, and it was so fun to be able to do the cold plunge, sauna AND red light! Don’t walk, RUN to this gem! 💎

The teacher was upbeat and positive and adapted the class to the participants according to our needs and interests. I was definitely feeling the workout the next day!

I was a Soulcycle regular before it shutdown and I’m trying to find that replacement, and Ariana was giving me that Soulcycle feeling I’ve been missing!

They squeeze you from the toes, all the way up to your thighs.And then release. There was of course no pain associated with it. the representative there was very nice about showing me around and I felt very welcomed.I will absolutely be back for more stuff!
