すべてのレビューを表示First class with Romina, and my daughter and I loved it! The Heated Yoga Sculpt class was no joke😅 it was tough but so good! I especially loved that she dimmed the lights during the opening stretch and at the end. It made the class feel so peaceful and relaxing before and after the challenge. Great energy, great workout, and we’ll definitely be back!

Rosa did an amazing job pushing us while making the class feel encouraging and welcoming. I left feeling accomplished, energized, and excited to come back for another class!

It was definitely a challenge for me (not knowing any techniques, etiquettes, etc)— but luckily they take their time to teach you at your pace! Overall a great experience!
