The class was a nice pace and I was shown different ways to do the moves if they were too hard (it’s been a while since I’ve done yoga!) There was a large group, but still plenty of space and I didn’t feel intimidated.

Coach was super nice & helped us out with form & everything. He’s very passionate in what he does & even took the time to explain everything. It’s a family business, which is nice! Highly recommend!

Vanessa was really helpful in onboarding us during the intro class and they even gave us gis to wear. The BlackBelt instruction was solid! 👌🏼 Seems like there’s an inclusive and supportive culture, and it seems like their rates are fair!
