すべてのレビューを表示Toosdhi is a gem! As a self identifying fat women who had never taken a yin yoga class, this class was not intimidating and so relaxing. I appreciate how Toosdhi gave strategies to focus on breath because that greatly helped me. I also appreciate that she spoke in Spanish, that was really nice to hear and feel in these spaces that i rarely hear Spanish. Lastly, Toosdhi said it would generate great rest (not sleep because sleep is not rest), and I just woke up from the best rest I've had all year. I feel safe, replenished, and at peace, gracias!

すべてのレビューを表示This class was so much fun!! Zero Muay Thai / Martial Art experience and I had an absolute blast. The instructor was so helpful with cues and everyone was so welcoming! We got straight into conditioning warmup, did some shadow boxing then paired with an experienced classmate for partner work with pads. It was such a good workout and I can’t wait to go back!

For the ankle weight portion, I think lower weights should be offered as modifications. At like number 10 my leg was quivering and we had to do 20. I just couldn’t do it.
