What stood out the most was how inclusive the environment was—there were participants of all fitness levels, which really helped calm my beginner nerves. The highlight of the experience was the instructor, Kara. She was incredibly welcoming and encouraging from the start. Kara created an atmosphere where everyone felt supported, and she went out of her way to assist me when I struggled with certain exercises. Her guidance made a huge difference in helping me stay motivated and confident throughout the session.
