すべてのレビューを表示Great instructor, with a solid intermediate flow style. Favorite things: 1. She eases into the practice with a gentle warm-up and long cool down, 2. There is some free time to practice any poses you want, and 3. The transitions between poses are good and intuitive. Only thing I didn’t like (most teachers at Black Swan do this) are when the nicely paced initial flow sequences speed up into breath to movement fast paced flows—they are too fast for most of us to do the poses correctly.

すべてのレビューを表示Had a yoga101 class with Ashley. It was such a wonderful class. Highly recommend! Heads up: if you don’t bring your own mat, it’s a $5 rental fee. I’m traveling, so I don’t have a mat I carry with me and that would add up.

すべてのレビューを表示I've never had a better class in my life. This was so out of my element but I felt so Zen and relaxed yet worked out. What a comfortable environment to be exactly what you need to be. I'm from out of town but this was the best thing I could ever have done and I can't wait to come back to do it again.
