The instructor was encouraging and provided clear guidance, making the session both challenging and relaxing. It’s definitely intense, so staying hydrated is important, but the post-class feeling of detox and lightness was worth it. If you’re looking to build strength, flexibility, and clear your mind, I highly recommend giving it a try!
