すべてのレビューを表示The studio is really nice and the class sizes are set up to be small to medium sizes which is great the mat Pilates was one of the most challenging Pilates classes I have taken. I feel sore in so many places today, but I feel like I did a great workout. I’m excited to go here again and try other classes they have to offer.

We didn't do a whole lot in the way of traditional yoga asanas, but I loved how the teacher based the practice on the upcoming Lunar New Year and how this relates to transitions and energy in the body. This really resonated with where I'm at, and transitions in my own life right now. Also, this business is super cool and I can't wait to come back and try the bathhouse!
