The instructor, Nikki, was encouraging, directive, and remained steady and grounded throughout the class without going woo woo nor overly militaristic. Her grounded energy transferred to the students in the class. A+.

すべてのレビューを表示I really liked CCY’s new hot yoga space. It has padded floors and high ceilings with a few windows for natural light. Hektor’s practice was just what I needed a day after doing weights - a hot room with intentional mediation and stretches in a heated room. He gave clear directions with modifications as we did a few repetitions of a few flows. He exuded a calm and peaceful vibe which I appreciated to start my day.

すべてのレビューを表示I wasn't really sure what to expect but it was a great class. It is heated so you will sweat. there are longer holds, stretching, flows and you can be as free flowing or restrictive as you'd like. Sera had an incredible spirit and inviting space. I hope to visit again

I was pleasantly surprised that they provide everything - including mats/towels - and they have it already set up for you with the props. They even went as far as asking where I prefer to be set up in the room. Super clean space. Class and sound bath were great. I got everything I needed and more <3
