It was at as easier level but not without many challenging movements for all abilities of dancer. I am focusing on less athletic dance which doesn't challenge my asthma too much but instead challenges aspects within my control like musicality, style and technical application.

すべてのレビューを表示Such a great find, lovely clean and efficient gym, the class was awesome. Natasha was such a brilliant teacher, with such a soothing voice and great knowledge of Hatha yoga. Time absolutely flew by - sign of a great instructor. Will definitely come back, and would love to use the sauna next time! Thank you

If you need to jump between studios at all then it does feel a bit weird to not go to the same class, but maybe just something to get used to as frame hasn’t really worked like that previously!
