Reminded me of a Crossfit box - social, hard working, dedicated members and coaches. Other F45s have felt sterile - not this one. I knew right away I would be back. F45 Oldsmar is 🔥

すべてのレビューを表示First heated class of anything and I’m so glad I went here for it. Such an amazing atmosphere. The instructor was so personable (VERY funny but relaxing too!) and it felt easy to talk to not only her, but other attendees as well. Everyone was very welcoming. I could definitely feel the heat at points but the stretch was amazing. Will be back and can’t wait. :)

The equipment was excellent—everything was high-quality, well-maintained, and set up perfectly to keep the class flowing without any delays or crowding. The workout itself was challenging in the best way, combining strength and endurance in a structured, motivating format. The variety of stations kept things engaging, and the layout made transitions smooth and efficient.

However, upon arriving to what I thought was a group dance/Zumba style class there was only myself and the male instructor and I was told him and I would be dancing together. I felt uncomfortable and left.
