The whole thing started before I even sat down, she came out to the front door herself to walk me to her suite since it's in a larger building with multiple businesses tucked inside, and she didn't want me wandering around lost trying to find her. That kind of thoughtfulness right at the door told me everything I needed to know about the kind of care I was about to receive. Before she touched my face at all, she sat with me and actually asked questions. What products do I use, what are my concerns, what does my skin need. She wasn't running through a script or prepping for a one size fits all treatment, she was building something specifically for my skin. Every single step of the facial felt intentional because of that. Nothing generic, nothing rushed, just a treatment that was actually mine. What really set her apart though was how much she explained along the way. She talked me through what she was doing and why, and she made this point that stuck with me, that our skin is an organ, and it changes over time, so what worked for you a year ago might not be what you need now. That completely shifted how I think about my own skincare. I've been to dermatologists who hand you a list of products based on a checklist of symptoms without ever really looking at your skin as its own individual thing, and this was the total opposite of that. I left not just with glowing skin but with a genuinely better understanding of what my skin actually needs. You could feel how much she genuinely cares about the people she works on and how well versed she is in skin health overall, this isn't someone just going through the motions. I picked up so many useful tips while she worked that I was mentally taking notes the entire time. Honestly, out of everywhere I've used ClassPass credits, this is the one place I would gladly pay full price for. I walked out with my skin feeling refreshed, renewed, and genuinely cared for. I know this is a pretty long review, but if you have ever struggled with your skin or felt insecure about it, I would especially recommend her. I've been in that position before where I was told I was only breaking out because of stress and given no real solutions beyond that. Having someone actually take the time to understand my skin and give me real answers made all the difference. Cannot recommend Luybov and Sculpture Beauty Studio enough, if you're on the fence, this is your sign to book.
