Een gegunde 5 sterren omdat mijn prioriteiten gedragen zijn in deze les en ik in dank en rijkdom de les heb verlaten. Hiernaast ook een tipje/wens: zelf hoor ik graag wat technische details rondom de houding welke belangrijk zijn voor ons lijf (uiteraard zo weinig mogelijk om andere yinelementen genoeg ruimte te geven).

すべてのレビューを表示Maroula’s class felt very complete. We did a bit of breathwork, a good chunk of yoga and then some more breathwork and relaxation. She is very friendly and relaxed. The day after I felt a bit sore in my legs which is nice! Would go again
