Instead of legs like most of teachers he makes your arms burn but at the end you’ll end up wanting more :) I’m considering to go to his classes regularly. Yayyy

A challenging but embodied yoga session, with opportunities to explore your body and the options to go deeper. In stillness and movement, powerful and slowly guided by your breath. Highly recommend to go in with an open mind.

The space was beautiful too. With the warmth of the sun shining in, it added something really special. Definitely coming back!
