    Jake and Morgan were good coaches. Very clear on the programming and rotations in class. It was my first F45 experience and enjoyed it. Reminded me of my CrossFit days. Some of the movements were technical. I assumed there was going to be more coaching feedback during the rotations.

    54D Training Session

    I took the cardio workout today. If I could give this place more stars, I would. The facility, the instructor, front desk workers, and other class members were ALL so inviting. First off, the facility is well kept, clean, and presentable. Second, the front desk workers greeted me and were very friendly and helpful. Most of all, the instructor kicked my a**. I sensed he was an athlete because he did most of the workout without us (mind you I’m dying) and I was amazed at how he was able to do this while coaching and not skip a beat nor lose his breath. HE knew names and frequently yelled them out to motivate. As a former track/field athlete, it reminded me of those grueling workout days. I remember feeling like quitting and Kevin kept pushing - kept motivating. He’s a true coach and knew his stuff. This workout was tough - especially since my stamina is no longer there and I barely jump & run anymore. But Kevin stressed taking care of your body too so if there were some things you needed to pull back on, there was no judgement for it but the goal was to give it all you got. The other members high fived me and each other after class. I learned that they have a 9-week program which includes nutrition, recovery, and 6-days week of workout. I am already sold on signing up for this after taking my first class here. This is DEFINITELY a place to come if you want to see results!!!
