    Avery brought the energy, he brought the vibes, he brought the “you can do anything” spirit. One of my favorite and hardest classes in a while! The music was perfectly synced. There was no time to be bored because there was so much variation. Loved this class!

    Loved the energy in the room. Incredibly hard class but so worth it. I don’t do Barry’s often and this was accessible, but I wouldn’t bring friends who don’t have a fitness routine. Not for beginners. Some of the instructions on the floor could have been clearer but I figured it out.

    Love the class!!! I’m super glad I took the beginners class before diving straight into the regular class. I really love how Colin thoroughly breaks down the fundamentals of boxing. He makes sure that even complete beginners like me can have fun and feel fulfilled while getting a good workout. 45minutes feels short but you will leave the studio confident and wanting for more!     Get Ready, Get Real!- Intro Class

    It's definitely a beginner friendly class. There are 5 people in a class. The instructor is very hanss on, pay close attention to all the students in the class and will push you a bit more to your limit. I was able to get the chance to learn how the reformer works and get the chance to feel the mat as well. Highly recommend this class to beginner! Also very nice and clean environment!
