He has incredible energy and I’m obsessed with his teaching strategy where he initially teaches without verbal instruction and has you follow along, and then takes the time to break it down and ask questions. The instructor gave clear cues using the Sanskrit pose names, so even if you don’t have the order of poses memorized, you can follow along. Sometimes she was demonstrating and sometimes giving hands-on adjustments, which she was really good at, especially with students she knows well. The instructor’s demeanor was friendly and encouraging. The description of how to find the space and where to park was super helpful!

すべてのレビューを表示Honestly this gym far surpassed my expectations and I think I’ll probably sign up for a membership. They had a ton of equipment, every machine I can imagine. Tons of treadmills and stairmasters etc. They have multiple specialist rooms with really high end, specific equipment, and even a Sauna. I’m surprised other reviews didn’t mention that. Their membership is super affordable and they also have trainers in-house. Recommend checking it out, nothing to lose!

However if you are new to K-pop dancing (my first time ever ) it may be hard to catch up for the speed of the songs. A lot of hip movements. I wish they would go slow a little bit more times but I can understand that there are more advanced students on that class.

The rotations are frequent though, so everyone still gets a lot of reps in. Javier was teaching tonight instead of the usual Ronald/Kiki pair.

The class was super high energy, and I left sweaty and smiling. My hamstrings were really sore the next day and I wasn’t expecting that. I would drop in again the next time I’m in town.

This class was intermediate if not advanced but the way she taught was easy enough to learn from for a beginner's pov. The class was 45 minutes and it flew by very quick when I had fun in every second of it. Highly recommended!
