    Wowza! Visiting from LA and so glad I popped in! The playlist was fire and the staff is so friendly! It was a different style than the classes in LA, with more dancing and less resistance call out, but you can push yourself and I still burned more calories than the hard core instructor classes at Barry’s and SoulCycle Santa Monica while having so much fun(thanks applewatch)!     Great energy at key moments throughout the session, and a playlist that I really vibed with. The workout sequence flowed seamlessly, with smooth transitions between moves. My only suggestion would be to make the cues for pauses a bit clearer, specifying exactly when to pause and when to pulse. Overall, Abby seems like an excellent instructor— and I don’t say that lightly!

    Lainey was a great instructor! I had previously tried solidcore but didn’t like the environment and didn’t see myself going back. However, after only one class here through class pass I know I’ll become a regular! Great instructions at a good pace with great music - but not too loud where you can’t hear the instructions. Small class versus solidcores large classes where sometimes it’s hard to see. The instructor also did a great job of correcting people off mic. Would def recommend for anyone looking into reformer Pilates classes.
