すべてのレビューを表示I have been to 3 of these now - two weekend strength classes and a weekday circuit class; definitely loving them :) (I really REALLY enjoyed the circuit). I feel very taken care of, with helpful corrections and adjustments being made where necessary. There's always a variety of levels in every class which is nice (beginners welcome), and you can go at your own pace (but that necessary push by a trainer is there too from Ed). Equipment is clean and abundant. Can also see that Ed has a great relationship with all the other more long-term regular people 😊

すべてのレビューを表示Good to be back at SQ after some time but I really missed the regular instructors Lara, Tom, Jodie and Jamie! Instructors need to pay attention to peoples form esp when there is a large group.

すべてのレビューを表示Lydia was so kind and this class was very beginner friendly. We had a blast and the time flew by! Perfect combo of choreo and different types of exercise, nothing was repetitive or boring. One of my favorite spin classes so far!

すべてのレビューを表示Did the Olympic lifting class. Instructor was very good and took time to focus on technique with each person. Having said that, I wouldn’t suggest doing this class via class pass if you’re new to CrossFit as the vibe was not overly welcoming as a new person but the classes are good!
