すべてのレビューを表示I loved this class with Daisy. It felt like a good fix of everything and in a nice way. Despite living near the area, the space at 50 Hill Rise was a revelation! Such a beautiful zen space with all amenities including showers, lockers, cafe and a relaxation room! The receptionist was very helpful and made us feel very welcome which was so nice given my experience with front of the house staff at other similar studio. Will definitely go back.

すべてのレビューを表示First time at F45 and was quite apprehensive as strength training after a while but found this class quite doable, thanks to Saad and Jonah who were brilliant. Class could be a bit longer than 45 mins but instructors made sure we worked every muscle group whilst we were here. Will try other classes for sure!

Arleta’s gym is very female friendly (not that it matters) and it’s so nice to start the week with a spicy boxing class with a bunch of nice ladies 🤩I feel strong and empowered.
