すべてのレビューを表示I don’t like to leave bad reviews for businesses and I love coming to F45 and will continue to come, but I wanted to leave constructive feedback on today’s workout. For corporate who designs the workouts, NOHO would be better as 3 rounds of 20s, then 1 round of 60s. The last round of 20s at the end goes by so fast and is completely useless. There’s too much running around and by the time you figure out where to be and what you should be doing it’s already over. For the coach today, even though there are screens and timers that tell us what to do, your job is more than starting and stopping the music. Walk around and offer form corrections, challenge people to pick up heavier weights, encourage them to push themselves a little harder, increase the intensity on the bike etc. Foster an encouraging environment that makes people want to work hard and have fun.
