すべてのレビューを表示I have gone to many F45s across the US. This is easily my favorite workout class they offer (Checkmate). Beyond that this gym has been my favorite I have stepped foot in. The two coaches were so kind and encouraging but not in your face which I hate. Will 100% be back next time I am in Reno 😊

すべてのレビューを表示Excellent facility and the coaches were super friendly, funny and high energy. The workout was no joke but it was a perfect mix of cardio and strength for the full body. Really helpful to see the moves displayed on the screens on one wall so you are never confused on what to do if you forget what you are supposed to do. I loved every minute of it.
