すべてのレビューを表示They had no idea what ClassPass was when I told them I already booked and prepaid. Otherwise the 1 hr massage plus 20 min sauna would’ve costed $70. They figured it out in the end and didn’t charge me anything additional but this was a bad start to the experience. The rooms themselves were tiny but clean. However, I could hear the parking lot noise from my room and there was no tranquil music playing to drown it out. Would’ve made it nicer to have calming music and essential oils in the air. The sauna was not a real traditional sauna but a tanning bed looking pod. Tbh, it was kind of scary for me as a claustrophobic person. The lady didn’t speak any English but she was super nice and tried to communicate how to use it. I turned down the heat just in case I got trapped lol. I did take a nice nap in there but it wasn’t what I was expecting. That room didn’t have blackout curtains but I had to change back to my regular clothes there. It definitely didnt feel comfortable to do that since there was a giant glass door to that room 😔
