I’ve been searching for a space that bridges the gap between physical movement and true spiritual community, and I found it here on their very first day. There was such a powerful synchronicity to them opening their doors on the same day as the Flower Full Moon. You could really feel that exciting, blooming energy the moment you walked in. The owners were right there to welcome everyone with such genuine warmth. The class itself was led by a husband, with his wife there in support, and their energy together was fantastic. I’ve visited many studios in the area, but I often felt that the deeper sense of spirituality and connection was lacking. This studio is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’m already looking forward to my next class and seeing this community grow!

She’s firm but supportive, very descriptive in her explanations for each move and sets you up for success. I did the Friday morning bootcamp which started with a dynamic stretch, followed by several circuit stations consisting of two dynamic movements followed by a cardio movement. I was feeling the burn for sure. I’d love to come back just for the classes, GREAT experience!

Coach Jasmine was super supportive, helping me remember CrossFit movements I’ve forgotten after several years away. The members were welcoming and made me feel at home. Highly recommend if you’re in town!

The owner greeted me and showed me around the studio. They both thanked me for stopping in. I was in the area on vacation. I’ll be back in the area in June and plan to come back to Surf Cycle!
