すべてのレビューを表示This was surprisingly not as hard as I thought! Don't get me wrong, it is a challenging workout but I assumed it would completely kill me and it didn't. It flew by so fast that I was surprised the class was over when it ended. Sierra is incredible, so informative, demonstrates well, assists everyone and feels like an old friend! Expect to target very specific muscles, ones that you didn't even know you had. You will be shaking within 5 minutes of the class but it feels SO GOOD. I had lean, hearty meals throughout the day before my evening class which I think helped my energy levels. I'd def recommend. It's also not as intimidating as it's reputation. People are SO kind and social, the intro class takes you through it step by step, the participants all had diverse body types/skill levels and there are modifications in each exercise to make it easier or harder. It's a super fun, powerful, and accessible workout/studio! LOVE ❤️

Some people may not vibe with this instructor’s style, which is different from most other Pilates instructors I’ve had, but I enjoyed the class
