すべてのレビューを表示I didn’t really know what 9Round was like before I came, it’s a circuit training drop in gym that’s open 24/7. This booking isn’t for a class, it’s almost like a personal training session! The trainer helps you learn the exercises since it’s your first time. You go through 9 rounds of exercises, for a total of 30 minutes. Your booking is for an hour but they might let you stay after you finish the 9 rounds. It was definitely hard as a first timer and someone that doesn’t do a lot of cardio / high intensity workouts but you can do things at your own pace. Kareem was really nice and encouraging, I had fun and a great workout!
