すべてのレビューを表示this was my first EVER spin class and i had an absolutely incredible time. i have multiple chronic illnesses so i’ve been hesitant to work out, but they had a disney class so i just went for it! aleshea was incredibly kind and so genuinely hyped to be there! i had to modify pretty much all of the positions to exercise without hurting myself, and aleshea hyped me up during the class! it was such a great motivator. i’ll be back next week!

She was fantastic at giving instructions and was welcoming to me as first timer in her class. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fast paced cardio workout.
