I would highly recommend her for this service again and will wholeheartedly book it again because of her! She kindly explained the process of a lymphatic massage and she applied the perfect amount of pressure. She is amazing at what she does and enjoys doing it which is a blessing. She recommended ingredients to seek out and ingredients to avoid for my rosacea and acne. I had an increase in pre-breakouts for a couple of days following the appointment, but it’s been a week now and my skin looks noticeably smoother.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first Brazilian wax, and Nora was very nice and had a great breathing technique that helped ease the pain a lot. She suggested not waxing the inside of the lip area as it was my first time and she said it may be too painful, but I was really hoping to get the hard-to-reach places waxed. I messaged her the next day about this and she let me come back, complimentary, to wax the inside. From everything I’ve heard and read about Brazilian wax, it’s supposed to remove all hair from front to back, inside and out, but she did not include the rear part of the Brazilian. My friends were all perplexed about why the rear part was not included, since it’s supposed to be with a Brazilian. I’m pleased with the smoothness of where she did wax, but I am disappointed that I didn’t receive a complete Brazilian even though I returned the next day.

She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and she explained everything thoroughly step by step so I always knew what to expect. I was shocked by how much less painful the experience was than I had imagined, and I truly think that’s because of how experienced she is. She checked in throughout the appointment, made sure I was comfortable, and never made me feel awkward or embarrassed for a second. I didn't receive any response, but still went due to the policy. Of course, I arrived and no one's there. I received a text from the provider later that evening with apologies.
