Great instructor, however, it would be great to air out a bit more because of the stagnant artificial perfume scent in the air which some people are sensitive to (not necessarily because of the gym but maybe someone who put strong deodorant). Ideally, unscented wipes would be great too.

I appreciated that the teacher offered different levels of pose variations and emphasised focusing on how the poses feel from within rather than how they look. The teacher also held a great presence throughout the asana practice, which helped me stay very present and lose track of time. Personally, I would have liked a bit more balance between the energetic movement and the grounding aspects of the practice, especially more breathing and a longer shavasana at the end. Still, it was a good class overall and a great way to start the day feeling energised.
