    Mindfulness Meditation

    Really great class. Derric is very welcoming and made it easy for me being new to a group meditation class. The meditation itself is ~40-45 minutes which sounded long at first but it allowed such a deep sense of connection with your body which was much needed after a long week. I felt so peaceful and happy afterward. Would definitely recommend even if you’re newer to meditation!

    Studio Strength

    This class is one of my favorites. It’s great for people who don’t have a lot of experience with weights and provides a full body workout, but it also offers a challenge for those who have years of experience with weights. It’s just great all around and I highly recommend starting your saturday morning with this class!

    Warm Full Body Flow

    Whole experience was amazing from the moment I walked into the building! Chloe was so sweet, took the time to introduce herself before class, class was the perfect flow. I left signed up for Chloe’s strength training on Wednesday! So excited for the next class.
