すべてのレビューを表示Really great class. Derric is very welcoming and made it easy for me being new to a group meditation class. The meditation itself is ~40-45 minutes which sounded long at first but it allowed such a deep sense of connection with your body which was much needed after a long week. I felt so peaceful and happy afterward. Would definitely recommend even if you’re newer to meditation!

It’s great for people who don’t have a lot of experience with weights and provides a full body workout, but it also offers a challenge for those who have years of experience with weights. It’s just great all around and I highly recommend starting your saturday morning with this class!
