すべてのレビューを表示Probably one of my favorite yoga classes I’ve ever taken! Alexandra had great energy and the class (Yoga Sculpt) was a perfect mix of movements to get your heart rate up mixed with traditional yoga stretches. I definitely felt centered and fulfilled when I left.

すべてのレビューを表示This was a wonderfully challenging class. Rinara was great at making each move accessible and showing you how to ramp it up. I also appreciated that this isn't a heated class. I was warm but didn't break too much of a sweat and that's quite important for a girl with natural hair. Definitely recommend trying this out!
