    Studio Strength

    This class is one of my favorites. It’s great for people who don’t have a lot of experience with weights and provides a full body workout, but it also offers a challenge for those who have years of experience with weights. It’s just great all around and I highly recommend starting your saturday morning with this class!

    We were new there so the instructor helped show us how to do the exercises and correct our form throughout the whole class which was so helpful! I felt the difference of when my form was correct and how it was targeting specific muscles. We were able to go at our own pace which I really liked because I didn’t feel like I was rushing through them.
