The instructor modified the exercises for each person in the class based on our injuries/abilities. Small class size which also made for more effective exercise, as they were able to correct everyone’s form. Amazing amazing amazing!

Sandy paid such close attention to every detail and took her time to address all my problem areas. Using a combination of her elbow and fingers, she worked deeply into the minor cavities along my spine, around my neck, and throughout my shoulders, arms, and back. I requested a very heavy touch to relieve several areas of built-up stress, and Sandy delivered exactly what I needed. So this is the second time Ksenia treated me and I have to say, she is just the best - super thorough! She literally gets into the depth of my pores but with the most gentle touch. I really appreciate that she’s not only knowledgeable but she’s kind and engaging and seems to care not just about her job but very much so enjoys it. I will be back when I’m in town next! She only works Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons but I cannot have better things to say. You should definitely try her!

I had a lot of confusion the day because the therapist wasn’t there and they were really nice and rescheduled me, I had complications with parking and was a few minutes late and they only honored the 60 minutes from the scheduled time , not arrival time. I told them I was extremely tight in my neck, shoulders and lower back and that’s exactly where the focus was for a hour. I even signed up for an additional 1/2hr for calves and feet and it was also worth it. I was offered a barley tea and treats at the end. Very nice touch. Looking forward to returning.

The teeth whitening is done with LED lighting - two separate 20 min sessions to get to the optimal whitening the client wants. You can also add another layer of whitening for an even whiter brighter smile for $25 extra. I thought it was a fun and relaxing experience. I personally think everyone should get their teeth whitened. It’s not a painful experience and changes your whole appearance. I’m coming back for the microneedling from a different technician but I’m super excited to spend all my money here and beautify. Lol
