Pilates Reformer/tower
すべてのレビューを表示The traditional reformer is my least favorite type of reformer but hopefully with time it will change and I will grow to like it. I was hoping to work with the tower a bit (my favorite ) but it wasn’t part of the sequence I think. I found it a bit challenging but overall it was a good workout, today’s session was more core focused but I am sure I will definitely feel it tomorrow meaning it was a great workout regardless! This was my first time taking a Pilates reformer class at this location although I’ve taken other classes here. I enjoyed the city views and Spencer was helpful and clear in his instructions as always.

すべてのレビューを表示After 4 years out off yoga (and always a beginner level yogi) I was a little anxious and nervous but this was AMAZING! Wether you are a beginner or a pro I would definitely recommend this class to connect with your body, it has the perfect balance between intensity and relaxation, no doubt I will sleep like a baby tonight! すべてのレビューを表示I loved the class. It was my first ever ballet class and Kerry made it very welcoming. We learned the positions and some basic moves and I neither felt overwhelmed nor bored. The class was very fun and engaging. Would definitely recommend to anyone who might want to try ballet for the first time.
