すべてのレビューを表示Very welcoming and feels like a big family. Instructor gave more personal explanations during the class if you’re new to boxing. Bring gloves and hand wraps. Love that it was an 8pm class as it works well with my work schedule. Would recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed this class. I was expecting a more slow, relaxing pace but I think the pace was just right. I loved the mixture of yoga/ Pilates/ meditation techniques. It was a powerhouse combination of relaxation, stretching and a good workout. The instructor was great and I loved his energy. I would love to take this class again but I don’t see it available at the 7pm slot. I work late so I wish they offered more night classes. However, I do appreciate the few times I’ve been able to attend after work.

The streets of NY are getting scarier by the day and Coach John does an incredible job of walking you through multiple scenarios and how to approach these dangerous situations. I left the class feeling more sure of my capacity to stand up to my assailant, and he taught us some Jiujitsu and Muay Thai moves as well. I will be attending many more. Highly recommend!
