    As a first timer I wasnt a fan of how the floor had no clear division. Felt like everyone was on top of each other. Also didnt like the issue of weight selection for the floor people before being explained the exercises. Someone came and took my 25s from my rack (i started on weights) and i didnt realise I needed them until we started and there were none on empty weight racks nearby.

    I had such a great experience in Sahgar’s beginner heels class! I loved the choreography—it was fun, engaging, and had the perfect balance of being approachable while still challenging me in a good way. Sahgar taught everything section by section and made sure everyone felt included and supported throughout the class. Her encouragement and guidance helped me feel confident while learning, and I really appreciated the positive environment she created. I also absolutely love her choreography style and can’t wait to take another class!

    It is a beautiful studio with all the props, herbal tea, nuts and space to chill before and after class which really helped me get into the relaxation mode.     This studio made me feel very welcomed. My name was written on a chalkboard and the receptionist gave me a little tour of the studio. Yana is wonderful! She has a calm and soothing voice. She does all the stretches with you so it’s easy to copy her. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does! :) It was my very first time ever to try a hot, deep stretch, late night class and I loved it. The next day my body felt good almost like I had a massage. I’ll be coming back with friends!

    Amazing class! I’ve tried Muay Thai, wrestling, and the circuit training, and all of them have been great.     It was perfect! its a small class size which gives everyone ample puppy time and has a more intimate feel. The yoga instructor was super professional even when everyone was distracted by the puppies and no long interested in the yoga. They also had another employee monitoring the pupies to ensure everything ran smoothly at all times. Of course the stars was the puppies themselves which were all so tiny and cute, one even gave me a kiss on the cheek.

    Jasmin was amazing! The program was great and very easy to follow along. She kept a slow pace that built the burn. The spring settings were heavy but I’m still getting used to this megaformer. They are def older and you have to be extra careful about getting on the carriage. I dislike the padding on the handlebars and straps (seemed dingy) but the studio provides sweat and cold towels in the back room. It’d be nice to have lockers for valuables/purses. They keep the room temp cool/cold which is A+++ for me.
