    Bootcamp

    Boot camp was absolutely brutal. I’m still sore days later. But the environment was super welcoming and Anthony was amazing. Gave me tons of feedback and small adjustments, and kept encouraging me even when I wanted to quit. I’ll be back!

    I am not sure how I should start this, but let’s just Sarah will change your soul. This class is built to make you better version of yourself. Sarah will push you to breaking point whilst building you up. You will learn your limits and know you can push past them. You will walk out of class ready to conquer the universe.     This was my first strength-focused fitness class ever and I came alone pretty nervous, but Jaina was so extremely helpful with her corrections and suggestions! It was definitely difficult (and I was using the lightest weights!), but I feel really good coming out of it and I intend to come back and take more classes :)

    Great class! The instructor was very attentive and provided helpful tips throughout the class so I could improve my form! I’d recommend adding a couple of modification ideas for exercises. For example, by the end of class, I think I did over 100 box jumps - that’s a lot for not having done box jumps in years and I was definitely feeling it in my legs/knees after lol.

    I am so sore!! Great workout. Gioconda was attentive to form and very helpful throughout the class.     Jackie is such a fun instructor! And she did a great job helping me modify for an injury. Personally I would prefer if more of the class was stretching (it was about 10 mins stretch after 35 mins warm-up/HIIT) but I really enjoyed it and will likely take it again soon.
