    TONE

    Madison Crothers is hands down my favorite coach at the PVD location. Her routines always maximize all forty five minutes of class. All of her moves have modifications and amplifications allowing for every one to get the most of each move. Whether telling the class “we’re so much stronger than we think” or “you’ve come too far to give up now” you can always count on a good playlist and positive affirmations throughout class. She has a unique way of incorporating other styles whether it be yoga-esque or cardio heavy I may not know what to expect each class but I can always count on feeling stronger when I finish!

    Cycle45: Throwback Tracks

    Lizzie was so nice and great, helped us get set up on our bikes and was fun and high energy during the class. Bikes are nice, facility is very nice and clean. They provide towels and give you a cold towel after the class. Shoe rental is $3. Tunes were fun, 2000s throwbacks.

    Kim was fantastic! She slowed down the pace for everyone as this was our first time and a small class. Super friendly and outgoing. The gym was really clean and a lot bigger than expected. Would recommend !!
