    Cycle45: Throwback Tracks

    Lizzie was so nice and great, helped us get set up on our bikes and was fun and high energy during the class. Bikes are nice, facility is very nice and clean. They provide towels and give you a cold towel after the class. Shoe rental is $3. Tunes were fun, 2000s throwbacks.

    Natalia had a lot of great cues! A lot of newbies so the class was very step by step, but otherwise good hands on corrections and alignment tips. Natalia said they may have levels added soon for more advanced/ new folks. I think that’s a great idea! Beautiful studio design!

    Kim was fantastic! She slowed down the pace for everyone as this was our first time and a small class. Super friendly and outgoing. The gym was really clean and a lot bigger than expected. Would recommend !!
