I liked the flow of the class, the space and the instructor (she even sang a song during savasana which I really loved). It blends strength, mobility, and calisthenics in a way I wasn’t used to—more of a free-flow style than just copying a teacher. The instructor was great, guiding us clearly, and even though I found the choregraphy tricky—like figuring out which arm or leg to move first—it really challenged me in a positive way. I’ll probably come back for a challange

She gives everyone their own space, but is always there to gently guide and help you adjust your positions when needed. I especially loved how encouraging she is — even if you’re not doing everything perfectly, she motivates you and makes you feel confident. She truly respects each person’s individual pace and energy. Such a positive and uplifting atmosphere, I absolutely loved it!

すべてのレビューを表示Best facial and wellness experience I have had in Lisbon!! I just had a wonderful deep cleansing facial with Sara and it was amazing. I booked a micro needling facial originally via ClassPass, but she sent me a message to get in touch before the appointment because she wanted to discuss me, my skin, and my needs, which for me was immediately such a great sign. I’d originally booked a microneedling appointment, but she explained that unless I had professional deep cleaning beforehand, it’s dangerous to do microneedling. She very kindly said was more than happy to do the deep clean instead, and the fact that she pushed back rather than just go ahead with something that could have been harmful to my skin made such a positive impression before I’d even walked in. I had to change the time of my appointment and she was so kind about it, she moved her lunch to make it work! When I got there, she was just wonderful. The space was calm and perfect, the facial itself was done with expert precision and knowledge, and whilst she was letting the mask work for a while on my skin, she did a sound bath using some beautiful singing bowls and a gong (this was gentle and calming and soothing). Whilst I hadn’t booked a massage, Sara noticed I had neck tension and was kind enough to give me a short neck and shoulder massage. It was so lovely, despite only being a few minutes, it really worked! I cannot recommend Sara and this clinic enough. I am already planning my next session.

His technique is unique and he genuinely has magical hands. The amount of strength, precision, and care he puts into the massage is truly remarkable. For me, this felt like much more than just a massage. It was a spiritual experience and something that genuinely touched me on a deeper level.
