Chrystelle magically juggled students at different levels and was so great about cueing me on minor adjustments to maximize the benefit of the exercise and minimize risk. Can’t recommend FITQOR and their instructors enough. Beautiful reformers and the team is lovely - and for an extra bonus, there’s a great little cafe downstairs that offers gluten free and vegan options. Perfect!

You can tell João loves what he does and that he knows a lot - he’s a hands-on corrector to make sure you don’t get hurt and are activating the right muscles for each exercise.
