Ivana is an amazing instructor who actually did the whole workout together with us <3 If you are looking for a morning workout that gets the energy for the day I’ll recommend this class!

すべてのレビューを表示I've been practicing yoga for many years and this is one of the best classes in Lisbon. João is a true professional - precise, clear, no filler. The class is advanced and genuinely challenging and the flow is well built. This is a class where you feel proper yoga. Highly recommended!!

Os funcionários são simpáticos. Tem um bar e aceitam animais de estimação. Incrível! No final, oferecem gratuitamente compressas de gelo para os olhos e toalhas.
