すべてのレビューを表示I will absolutely be back for the strength class! Heidi was super supportive and guided great. I had ACL surgery Oct 2023 so this was a nice pump to get that motivation to keep going! You go at your own pace or you can keep up. there were definitely moments I felt like I couldn't keep up but I never felt shamed or uncomfortable. it's nice to have a supportive group! they also have child care for the parents that need 1 hr to themselves!

She gives great suggestions for modifications and has excellent timing and pace with sequences that make sense and come full circle. Highly recommend the noon class!

The studio space was open, bright, and calming, the staff were warm and down-to-earth, I loved the sequences, and there were so many amenities! Can’t recommend enough.

Everyone in the classes is so welcoming and there seems to be a great little community here. The location was weird to me at first but I got used to it! You’re in storage unit garage thingy but the vibes are high.

They both had great energy and did a fantastic job of walking around to the various stations to A) help you with your form in non-critical ways and B) spot you so could do a few more reps (love that feeling of burnout 🔥). My only wish is that F45 was 60 mins (esp given the 5ish min demos at the beginning of the class) - if so, I’d hit this class every week!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first visit here coming from a background of doing yoga twice a week but not doing weight lifting. I’d recommend coming 10 minutes early so you can grab a mat and stretch before the workout. Today had 3 stations, each comprising of 3-5 exercises each that you repeat for several rounds. Ashley was incredibly patient, and explained each move for me 1:1, and stresses proper form which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend and would say be patient with yourself, and don’t give up!

She was super friendly and helpful. Good amount of equipment and everything I used appeared to be in great condition. Also nice that we can use the HIIT area for open gym when classes aren’t in session. Looking forward to coming back again!

I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol
