    Class with Maggie was a great introduction to Barre3. Visiting from NYC where I go to Barre Method and this class was great! Most people are barefoot, and the floor is like a linoleum, so I’d recommend grippy socks if you’re used to carpet floors. Breathwork at the very end was a nice touch.

    This class was so fun and went by fast! It really challenged me. I’ve been going to the gym for years, but cardio isn’t my strong suit so I was nervous about that so if you’re in the same boat take what you need from the class, go at your pace and modify as needed. Don’t let your self limiting beliefs keep you from taking this amazing class!!! Amy was great, she briefed the newbies (it was my first time) on what to expect before the class started.     I love this studio and the instructors, but this particular workout “Stage 7” was a hot mess. People were very confused on the format (regardless of how many times the instructors explained it). This was only made worse by the fact that there were too many people in class. I think Stage 7 should be retired into the land of misfit workouts never to be seen again.

    I went to this class at the guidance of another instructor at this gym. It was amazing. I have been needing deep stretching for awhile and it was exactly what I needed. The teacher was amazing and walked you through every part so you understood exactly what you needed to do and how to modify if you needed to. Will definitely be adding this class into my routine.

    The class was scheduled for the wrong time on class pass (it had already finished when I got there), however I let a staff member know about the scheduling issue and I asked what class was happening at my scheduled time. The class was “Pound” and I decided to give it a try, it was a lot of fun and I appreciate them letting me join. Only rating 4 stars due to the scheduling issue but I am thankful there was another class I could try instead.
