すべてのレビューを表示Super welcoming studio, dimly lit room with candles, and motivational atmosphere. A bit hard at times as a beginner but sure more times attending would build up confidence and muscle memory. A bit loud but I think that’s part of the experience.

すべてのレビューを表示Great workout, challenging. Only thing to note is I don’t know if it’s truly ‘all levels’ because there isn’t a lot of explanation around form or the move. It’s pretty fast-paced if someone is a beginner. It may vary by instructor though. Enjoyed the class, will be back!
