    Stage 7

    I love this studio and the instructors, but this particular workout “Stage 7” was a hot mess. People were very confused on the format (regardless of how many times the instructors explained it). This was only made worse by the fact that there were too many people in class. I think Stage 7 should be retired into the land of misfit workouts never to be seen again.

    Full Body Strength and Conditioning

    This was my first visit here coming from a background of doing yoga twice a week but not doing weight lifting. I’d recommend coming 10 minutes early so you can grab a mat and stretch before the workout. Today had 3 stations, each comprising of 3-5 exercises each that you repeat for several rounds. Ashley was incredibly patient, and explained each move for me 1:1, and stresses proper form which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend and would say be patient with yourself, and don’t give up!
