Intentionally creates a calm and peaceful space where all members of the class are welcome. Would highly recommend class for beginners to yoga practice or individual with injuries and moving at pace where he advanced your recovery is needed.

The studio is really nice, and the cooling towels they give you at the end are such a great touch. The instructor was also excellent and made the class really enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Her instructions are clear and guidance is gentle. She creates a warm supportive class atmosphere and encourages her students throughout the movements as my favorite affirmative statement she renders is “ You got this “ and “Good Job Ladies “. Her classes come highly recommended.
