すべてのレビューを表示This class was great, fairly challenging. Pretty intense for beginners which a couple of us were new to. I think a couple of these a week and you don’t even need a gym membership! Coach Mack was patient with us. Overall clean equipment, nice atmosphere.

It was my first time working out in a long time (way too long)… and I felt comfortable and confident thanks to their support! The tech here is advanced and Dustyn is very motivational. I can’t wait to come back!

すべてのレビューを表示Lauren was fantastic! The studio was clean and well kept. This was only my second time ever trying yoga, first since moving to the area. Lauren was attentive, making sure we were safely transiting through various poses. She even encouraged me to push ourselves where we saw fit. If you’re thinking of trying yoga for the first time be sure to check out her class on Saturday mornings. 🧘🏻♀️☺️
