The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and Esben, in particular, truly stood out. He was extremely kind, attentive, and welcoming. Esben took the time to explain everything in detail, made me feel completely at ease, and went above and beyond to ensure the whole experience was perfect. His warm and genuine personality left such a positive impression on me. If you’re considering a visit, I can confidently say you’re in great hands here, especially with Esben. A bit confusing with the booking (you have to book online first - pay upon arrival - and book it on ClassPass afterwards) also they do not offer halftimes even though it is listed on ClassPass. Once you figured it out, service is great and worth it.
