I should’ve informed myself on reflexology a lot more before booking and not just relying on the description in the app. It was painful with hard, constant pressure on just one spot at a time. No part of this was relaxing. I had a TERRIBLE headache the rest of the day. Apparently with this type of massage you have to drink a lot of water before and after which I didn’t know.
