すべてのレビューを表示I like Brice’s pace for a Friday evening just fine. In the Earth class, there was plenty of space within the poses to release stress with a deep stretch, but not the feeling of an athletic Friday night showdown. More a friendly, breathing, soulful yoga, that gets all things equal again.

すべてのレビューを表示I LOVE IT HERE! I have made the sauna part of my weekly routine and it is so relaxing, the staff is so friendly and nice! I’ve seen comments about how it’s 45 instead of 60, the 60 minutes includes your time to prepare beforehand and after getting out. I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience every time, and it’s so cute inside and they sell wellness items as well. 100/10 recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示Place was nice and clean. Tiffany was super friendly and a great instructor too. It’s just most of the time you’ll completely depend on verbal cues and I can see that could be difficult to follow for some beginners. Overall a great experience and I think I’ll come back!

I was able to fully immerse myself in the yoga practice because it just felt like such a safe place. The class ended with her putting a little bit of essential oil on you and a rub on your forehead. I got the hot stone massage and hot chocolate facial and felt like a pat of butter melting off the side of a roll by the time I was done. The massage was great and the use of the hot stones took it over the top. Alyisa is dual-licensed and did both services. She is very knowledgeable and uses quality products. My skin was glowing at the end and even my boyfriend commented on how great it looked later that evening. I will definitely be back.
