He made me feel comfortable right away, kept me motivated the whole class, and checked in to make sure I took a break when I needed one. It was the perfect balance of pushing me while still being really encouraging. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

すべてのレビューを表示Meg was very kind and welcoming when I came in. She told me all about her business, the fun, fitness and community she’s trying to create. I really appreciated it. She also did a fantastic job with the space. It’s so pink with beautiful murals. Attended Xumba led by Elisa Vettier who did a fantastic job. She made it lots of fun, make sure everyone was safe, having a great time and knew what to expect. She also played great music. I attended the class because I found it in Class Pass which is a great tool to try a new venue and new classes. Meg has lots of classes and I’d like to Come back and try another class. I have plantar fasciitis so it’s tough for me to do a high intensity workout without shoes. I’d probably do better with Pilates or something else on a mat.

I’m really glad they offer massage services on ClassPass, otherwise I probably would not have found them. The studio was very clean and taken care of. Aaron asked which areas to focus on, and it was clear he was knowledgeable based on his focus on points of tension and tough knots. I came out of the massage feeling looser and my knots were melted. Thanks so much Aaron!
