    The Strength (55 Min)

    This was such a great class. Our instructor chose fun music & it started off my Monday perfectly. We had three different circuits of strength & then a bit of treadmill at the end of each circuit for 2-3 rounds each. They let me borrow a heart rate monitor for class since it was my first time. I highly recommend, specifically with Chase!

    Love the fast paced nature of the class. By the time you feel like you cant complete the exercises anymore its time to move on to the next. Jessi is extremely friendly, encouraging, and motivational! Would 100% return.
