すべてのレビューを表示Kiera is a great instructor. She is engaging and encouraging as she actively walks around the classroom throughout the duration of class. Kiera also provides great cues for the treadmill portion of the class. She lets participants know what speeds are suggested and most importantly how long each "working" block is before recovery - so that participants can adjust their speeds accordingly. This is extremely helpful because on longer blocks you may need to scale the speed back and on shorter blocks you can push the pace. (Other instructors do not always do this which is frustrating) Great all around job Kiera!

すべてのレビューを表示I love this place! I Lyft so unsure about parking, but there’s restrooms, cubbies, & water available. Check yourself in on the tablet at the front desk & you’ll be assigned a treadmill. We switched between strength/weights & the treadmill & there’s a cue card that suggests incline & speed depending on if you’re walking or running.

すべてのレビューを表示Great workout and Andi is a awesome trainer. It is a half floor, half treadmill style workout. The treadmill has a sled option which is unique. Attendees can enter song selection too.
