すべてのレビューを表示Well, balanced class. I do a lot of yoga and I really appreciated Francine's specific cues, they reminded me of a lot of things I tend to forget. This is a strong class, or can be, with the ability to level up or down. Loved Francine's presence, I will take this again.

すべてのレビューを表示I felt so much pain relief in my back and head after this class. I had a knee injury, and the instructor was more than accomodating! The only thing was that I don’t think the AC works well because it turned into hot yoga really quickly, and I was slipping and sliding on my mat (good thing I love hot yoga haha). What a cute, one-room studio in a unique building!
