    This HIIT class was an intense and energizing mix of strength training and cardio. The pace was fast, but the instructor offered helpful modifications. I took the leg day session and got an amazing workout definitely felt the burn. If you enjoy high energy, fast paced workouts that get your blood pumping, this class is a great choice.
