すべてのレビューを表示This was one of the most challenging classes I've taken & it was so worth it! I had so much fun!!! Kristine was awesome, she showed modifications & advanced for every single movement. She was super encouraging, I even surprised myself. Will definitely be back!

The class was exactly what I needed, it introduced me to new poses & props, and the teacher provided quite a few hands-on adjustments / corrections that were great, she sang, and was a true professional through out with a welcoming vibe.

すべてのレビューを表示Challenging but a beautiful studio and the instructor Mariah was encouraging and supportive throughout the experience. This class was a challenge and is mental as much as it is physical, I love the concept and I can’t wait to try it again. Don’t be discouraged if you’re like me and just didn’t get it perfectly the first time. I’m up for the challenge!
